Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using URLSnow ("Service"), operated by URLSnow ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

URLSnow provides a URL management and link-in-bio platform that allows registered users to:

• Submit, organize, and manage URLs with categories and metadata.
• Publish a public profile page displaying their links.
• Receive automated URL health check reports.
• Generate and export usage reports.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that use false information, impersonate others, or violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit URLs to illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or any content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Submit content that infringes any intellectual property rights of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate any of the above without prior notice.

5. Public Profiles

When you enable a public profile, certain information (username, bio, avatar, social links, and active URLs) becomes publicly accessible at urlsnow.com/yourusername and may be indexed by search engines. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you choose to display publicly. You can make your profile private or deactivate individual links at any time through your dashboard.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The URLSnow platform, design, code, trademarks, and content we create are owned by URLSnow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

Your content: You retain ownership of the URLs, descriptions, and profile content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with third-party websites and services (e.g., URLs you submit, payment processors). We have no control over third-party content and are not responsible for it. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
• Health check results are 100% accurate or represent real-time URL status.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URLSNOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold URLSnow harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, extended inactivity, or for any reason with 30 days' notice (except where immediate termination is necessary to protect users or the Service). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable consumer protection law in your territory.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or emailing you at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
