Frequently asked questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and your billing starts immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade and exceed the free tier limits, your oldest URLs beyond the limit will be deactivated (not deleted). You can reactivate them anytime by upgrading again.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

Yes — every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial automatically. No credit card required to start. After 14 days you can stay on the Free tier or subscribe to Pro.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. For Enterprise billing, we also support invoicing.

How do health checks work?

URLSnow pings each of your URLs every night at 02:00 using HTTP HEAD requests (falling back to GET). It logs the status code, response time, and any error messages. You can also trigger a manual check from your dashboard at any time.
